Central Strand Notebook | Eat spaghetti, help Lions

The Carolina Forest Lions Club is offering a homemade spaghetti dinner and the opportunity to assist the club in its efforts to help others in the local community on Oct. 24 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

 

The “A Night in Tuscany” fundraiser will be held at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 2105 U.S. 501, across from Horry Georgetown Technical College. Dinners are $7 for adults and $4 for children age three to 10. Dine in or take out.

 

There will be door prizes, a silent auction and a traveling accordionist to provide mood music for the occasion.
